Oil Seal Interchange: The following reports will highlight the dimensions of the oil seal or o-ring, manufacturer and respective manufacturer part number for quick interchanging and cross reference.

Multiple Manufacturer Vibration: Unique to TBE, these reports generate vibration frequency data for all manufacturers for which we have data for the request part. Saves time from having to search each part number by individual manufacturer. Report highlights part number, dimensions, manufacturer, respective frequencies and important notes and comments for clarification. Currently integrated to condition monitoring systems by Commtest Instruments Ltd., ASCENT and MAS and Bently Nevada, Division of GE Power Systems System 1. Reports can be generated based upon revolutions per minute (RPM) or cycles per second (CPS).

Harmonics: Provides minimum of 10x's harmonics for a specific manufacturer. ISI recently enhanced reporting capabilities to allow for the user to specify the number of times to run harmonics.

Variable Contact Angle: Recalculates the vibration frequencies immediately by changing the degree of contact angle. Once a bearing is placed into an application, the degree of contact angle changes based upon thrust load. TBE will generate the report at the manufacturer default of 0 degree of contact angle. The user can now modify that angle based upon the application.
