Unlocking TBE Application

Your Bearing Expert application will automatically install in full demo mode for 30 days. Prior to this expiration, you must Unlock the application for permanent use. Please follow directions below to Unlock your application.

Remember, you may share your CD ROM with other departments, businesses, or user groups that are interested in bearing frequencies or interchanges. The Bearing Expert will automatically run for 30 days for evaluation. After this time, the program will cease operation. If you have purchased a License, then your License ID will enable you to unlock the application permanently. Otherwise, you may place an order with ISI or uninstall the demo.

Look on the back of the jewel case for a License ID and Password for The Bearing Expert Software.

Go to FILE and UNLOCK. You may unlock your application directly through the Internet or manually through ISI. Follow the appropriate instructions below.

Unlocking Via Internet

If you are unlocking through the Internet, you must be logged into the Internet to continue.

	Complete your Product Registration Form.
	Select Unlock via Internet
	Enter your License ID and Password in the fields provided now.
	Select the UNLOCK button to enable your application.

Unlocking Via Phone, Fax, or E-Mail

If you are Unlocking via Phone, Fax, or E-Mail, you will need to supply the following information and complete an Unlock Request below.

	License ID (found on back of jewel case)
	Password (found on back of jewel case)
	Two-part application code (appears on your Unlock Screen)
	Contact ISI at 716.636.8292 or your local Distributor to get your UNLOCK Code.
	Enter it in the UNLOCK field and select the UNLOCK button to enable your application.

Unlock Request

To request an Unlock Code to enable your Bearing Expert^TM Application, please complete the following request form. You will receive your Unlock Code within 24 hours from receipt of your request.
