Will I ever need a new unlock code? |
| There are situations that will require you to request a new unlock code for your Bearing Expert Application. If you login to the application and are asked for a new unlock code, please e-mail ISI at security@sourceindex.com and request your new code. All requests must be accompanied by your License ID, two part Application Code, Version Number, Contact Information and your reason for requesting a new code. You will be contacted by ISI promptly. |

What if I can't find a bearing in your database? |
| If you are having trouble locating a particular bearing in The Bearing Expert, please use ISI's Frequency Finder to request assistance. ISI will E-Mail or call you within 24 hours with the information you are seeking. If the part number you request is in our database, we will instruct you on how to find it quicker for the future. If you are requesting a part number that has not yet been added to the database, ISI will obtain the vibration and interchange data and add that part number to the next release of the product. For users of The Bearing Expert at the current version, this service is free of charge. For non-users of The Bearing Expert, there is a nominal $25.00 processing fee. |

Do you have AFBMA part numbers in the database? |
| Yes. ISI has included AFBMA part numbers in The Bearing Expert Database. These numbers show up in the interchange and vibration reports. |

Do you include OEM (Original Equipment Manufactured) part numbers in the database? |
| No. You will not find the OEM part numbers as part of our database. OEM part numbers do not fit the database requests of our major market. However, in many cases we do have the OEM data you require in our offices. Use the Frequency Finder to submit your request for OEM part numbers and ISI will supply you with your data within 24 hours. |
